Have a pair of lightly used for 1 month on a non daily, vorshlag camber plates, was chasing a suspension noise and started removing and replacing, these weren't it, ended up being a collapsed spring, anyway returning car to stock and selling.

Do these work with stock springs? 3, or 5 bolt?

Stock springs
5 bolt but works for 3 bolt as well, since they're bolts and not studs
My car is 3 bolt and worked perfectly

If you are still on stock top hats these will work, I was on after market suspension that uses stock diameter upper spring. A lot of aftermarket suspension uses stock diameter upper coils to allow for use of stock top hats, if this is the case, you would need these, chances are if you are on after market suspension using smaller diameter springs you'll likely be on some form of camber plate or it's own top hat etc
