I used to have a 2015 BMW X1, but I recently traded it in for an X3. When I bought the X1, I'd also bought a spare tire and rim, since as you know the car doesn't come with one. I was glad I bought it, because I once had a blow out on one of the run flat tires, on a New Year's weekend when everything was closed, but I was able to limp the car home and swap it out for the spare. If you are interested in buying it, I'll sell both the tire and rim for what I paid for the rim. I paid $398 for the rim and $257 for the run flat tire. Please contact me if you might be interested.

Is this a full size spare that was identical to the rims on your car?

Yes it is a full wheel and run flat tire, identical to the ones that come with the car, so it could also be used to replace one that has been damaged. I attached a picture - see attachment. Please let me know if you're interested.
