Aftermarket wheel combo fitment question
I've settled on the wheel/tire combo I want to get for summer... Michelin SS in 235-40/19 front, and 265-35/19 rear, with 8.5" 35mm OS fronts, and 9.5" 35mmOS rear wheels. Does this fitment work? The overall diameters are only .1 " different from each other, and .4" taller than stock. I plan on ditching the TPMS sensors, and run flat capabilities. In addition, the weight of wheel/tire combo will weigh 30lbs (13.5kg) on each corner. 120lbs of total unsprung weight loss!

Same size tires I run
I have 10" rear wheels though. Your offsets are pretty tame in a sense of pushing wheels out to be flush. Your rears will stick out +18mm, your fronts just +5mm. I would see about dialling more offset for each to get a little more flush. That's just my opinion, but everything will fit no problem

Ask whomever you're buying your wheels from if you can change the offsets. 10mm spacers in the rear may cause you to have to cut and roll the fenders, I sit +25mm in the rear and almost rub. I'm not even that low either.

Twix, I'm considering m3 wheels that are 9.5J with a 23 offset for the rear. from my calculations it will stick out around 24mm compared to my existing 8j with a 30 offset, do you think they will rub? And protrud beyond the bodywork?

Are they 18" or 19"? My 19's are out 25mm and I don't rub. I did have to stretch my tire a bit so it wouldn't. If I go any lower than what I am, I will for sure have to trim and roll the fenders.

The factory wheel is 8" wide for the 18" wheels. They have an et34. If you were to change that et to say et20, you'd push the wheel outward towards the fender by 14mm. So adding to the et34, to say et40 would bring the wheel in by 6mm.

What he said... The factory web site lists 18X8 style 320 to have 30 ET, which I assume, is offset. The wheels I've looked at all seem to be in the 28-35 range, but of course, the added width changes things overall. I'm even considering a 18/19 staggered fitment, but the wheel options are limited without going custom made.
