Looking good. What do you include in your "detail" routine? Wheels, wash, tire shine, detail spray, interior?

All of the above and in addition but not in order, detail wash and detail wheels and callipers wash with soft lamb mitt (they never get dirty enough for cleaners) three towel dry ( and blow dry in winter), wax polish including wheels, door shuts, inner doors, under bonnet & exposed paintwork in the boot. Glass cleaned inside & out. Full inside vacuum mats out, detail vacuum around dashboard. Leather and trim cleaned of any marks. Finally detailing spray all over to remove any cleaning marks. That takes 2-3 hours.

These images of my M550i were taken with about 25,000 miles on it. Same cleaning regime.

Wow, you are fast! All that work would take me eight hours or longer.

If you do it weekly to maintain a standard of finish it’s routine rather than rectification/recovery work, a good example being the wheels and the vacuuming.
