Is there a rules page that lays out the policy for getting vested enough to pm?

Feel like through the other forums I've been on don't have as strict of a limit but times have changed.

Has anyone gotten a solid answer on what's needed to enable PM? It seems like the forum rules need to be updated because based on what I see there's nothing set in stone here.

I've seen other forums have a pay to skip the line model which I wouldn't mind here because like everyone else I'm limited on the knowledge I can access on here because of the lack of PM's

There seems to be mixed messages on here. Some say 7 posts, some say 10. Others say replies don't count as posts and some say they do.

All I know is that I have been unable to PM for 2 months now but enjoy receiving news and other updates on here.

I suppose once PMs have been activated on my account I can then begin to discuss mods and other relevant topics with members but until then I'll continue to read the news and other interesting articles
