Hi, yes! In my backyard I have two sets of rings, high and mid. Both of them are from Valor Fitness. They are well made and withstood a lot of sun and some rain. It amazing how different it is to do pull-ups on rings versus a bar.

Rings are very effective and challenging. They kick my ass ... difficult at first. I'm 66yo, like to vary my workouts as weight training gets stale so I've enjoyed adding rings to my routine. I hang them from my rack's pull up bar.

Late to the party here. I bought a Gonex set last year when the gyms closed. Mine hang from eyebolts screwed into trusses in a spare bedroom. Adds a whole completely different level to your routine. I use mine more for upper body exercises. Lowered to the floor for push up variations will ruin your life. Also started using parallettes around the same time, those will kick your ass as well. My routine now is about 50/50 calisthenics and weightlifting. I haven't been using my rings as much lately. I need to set them back up.

Anyone using gymnastic rings?
If you’ve ever tried to support your weight or perform movements on a pair of gymnastic rings, you know that it’s no walk in the park. Unlike a bar, which is fixed in place, gymnastic rings are suspended in space, free to swing and move around. This forces you to stabilize your body when performing movements and engage multiple muscles that must work together. The result is an extremely taxing, functional, and effective strength and stability-building workout for your entire upper body and core.
