Hi New X1 owner...

Hi all,

took delivery of my new X1 on Sept 1st. Pretty good car so far. just done 3000 miles and is starting to run very sweetley... avg fuel consumption so far of about 49 mpg (imperial) - I do a lot of motorway miles though.

Car is Space Grey, SE with comfort pack, bluetooth+usb and privacy. Oh and Portable navigation pro.

No other options as I will basically write it off over the next 3 years @ 40k per annum so it simply wasnt worth speccing it up. I used to run an S320CDI so the economy is a big plus. Will be hankering for a weekend toy soon though.

At the risk of sounding grumpy... What's with people always asking for pictures? An X1 looks the same as any other X1 in the main.

Like my mud flaps - it will look the same as all the other photos on here of black X1's with mud flaps.

And i reckon the OP's car, though stunning, will look remarkably like previously seen space grey x1's...

Save some bandwidth :-) (yes, I could just shut up, that would also save some bandwidth)

There are always subtle differences .... different rims, tyres, trim colour, options etc.

The X1 is a great looking car; can never get enough photos!
