Have a 320i (2018) model.
Just fitted the QI wireless charger and wanted to fit a cupholder LED as well.
As I understand many models have the connectors wired, so you just put it in between using a y-cable.

But mine does not have the connector at where the cupholder LED must be.

Would it be logical to connect to where the connectors for the footwell lights are.?
Are the wire harness for the footwell standard and present even though the car doesn't have the footwell lights.?

Where do I connect the Y-cable for the LED (3wire).
Is there somewhere I can tag it on or do I have to connect it at FEM.
and if so which connection on the FEM is it to be connected to.?
