Grounding location 2018 540i

I am planning on installing my Dorch stage 2 and mhd flex fuel kit this week and was wondering where the best place to ground it would be on the driver side.

Did you get your ECA kit from MHD? I only see the kit available for the OEM/TU pump, nothing for the DS1 or DS2.
