Hi, I've just purchased myself a new (used) X1, bringing myself back into the BMW world.
However, I'm pretty sure I need to replace the front lower control arm.

This forum has been great for finding details on what's involved (looks very straight forward), however I'm struggling to find the toque numbers for the suspension bolts. They also appear to be single use bolts?

Does anyone happen to have the specs saved from before www.newtis.info was taken down?
