M235R motorsport wing and Stoptech Trophy BBK
Just installed on the car. Should be interesting at the next track event coming up soon.
Stock brakes were not adequate for heavy track use as I smoked them in 3 days. Car is morphing into an M2 GTS.... |

Any front splitter or dive planes to balance out that rear downforce?
And what pads and fluid were you running? I found M calipers and rotors with race pads and fluid were adequate on the track in my F80

Was running stock pads and Motul RBF600 fluid. They cannot keep up. Pad fade was eminent within 10 minutes out on track. The brakes on this car can't keep up if you are driving hard on track. BBK was necessary for longer stints. Esp the way I drive

My understanding was that the rs3 were quite a bit heavier than the re71r. I believe it's one of the lighter tires out there which is one of the reasons why it wears so fast.
I am running a square setup for track 265/35/18 on 9.5 rims with a 35 offset |

No crapping you were using stock pads. Use a track pad and the calipers and rotors are plenty. BBK is completely overkill.
