Brake Force Flashing

I would like to code Brake Force Flashing. Went into NFRM module to find the below lines to change. My desire is wanting brake light flashing only when during hard brake or just hatch brake light flashing. Do anyone know the description for all the below lines? The only one for sure is changes to 5_hz will create faster flash time.

Any translation would be much appreciated!!
