I7 music volume

The max volume seems to have gotten reduced. Is there a setting to boost the sound volume so that it’s not so low at its max setting? I went to the audio settings but can’t seem to figure it out.

My initial BMW ('23 X3) arrived with a minor typo in my name; my savant advised me to call or email BMW to have it corrected, but that does not appear to be the case. This was affecting the appearance of my name in the My BMW app, driver profile, and other locations.
