Remote locking issues

Hi all

I have a 2014 X1 118d Xdrive Sport and I'm UK based.

Last week my rear windscreen shattered for no apparent reason, when it happened the remote central locking on both fobs also stopped working. They will both start the car but won't lock/unlock it. They appear to be disconnected from the car. I've checked the fuses, they're all OK and central locking still works from the hidden key in the fobs and from the button on the dash.

Anyone experienced anything similar? I've had the rear screen replaced and everything else works as it should.
