N55 Coolant Overflow Hose

Leak on the soft hose part of the coolant overflow hose? Has anyone just replaced the soft flexible rubber between the larger covered hoses? Looks like a simple hose clam on each end?

I just replaced the whole thing. It was easy enough to do where any other effort wasn't really worth it to me.

Just don't break off the nipple for it on the upper radiator hose. If you use an oetiker clamp on it, don't overclamp it. I think some just use a small worm drive clamp in order to avoid such a situation (overclamping and breaking off the nipple).
