Exclamation Strange (for lack of a better word) groaning sound

Hi all - just wondering if anyone is familiar with this sound (see you tube link)

https://youtube.com/shorts/0Qqu7E-QGvY?feature=share

Some observations & thoughts

- [ ] Only after warmed up
- [ ] Can hear at slower speeds
- [ ] In gear and in neutral when revved
- [ ] Up to about 50kph when driving then can't really hear it
- [ ] Makes sound with or without AC
- [ ] Coming from area in front of centre console not sure if engine bay or not

Possibles
- [ ] Vacuum pipes
- [ ] Blocked Filters
- [ ] Pcv or ccv valves
- [ ] Sludge in engine
- [ ] Head gasket gone? (Sometimes see puffs of white smoke from exhaust when accelerating out of a corner, usually on a gradient change)

Hoping it's something simple and not a major

Vehicle: 2011 BMW X1 S-drive18i E84 Rwd

Any help appreciated. Any more info required please ask.

Cheers
RO
