E84 Hard Brake Pedal After Valve Cover Replacement
My valve cover was cracked, so it was replaced with genuine parts. The vacuum pump needed to be removed in order to take the cover off. After the parts were replaced, I no longer have the ability to brake easily. The brake remain hard both during start up and while engine is running for minutes. The vacuum pump was correctly installed and based out against the engine block. All brake vacuum hoses are intact. Is it possible my vacuum pump has failed? If so, what could have been the cause? Any help is much appreciated!

Obviously they didn't complete the fix.
Tell em to find it on their dime. Pump didn't just fail right when they worked on it. It's some wrong reinstall. |

Sounds very much like they split, cracked, broke, didn't install a vacuum line.
