The VA is a fucking joke. Been fighting with the VA sense I got out 2 years ago. Took a year just to get my benefits. When I was finally getting things going this summer my doc quit. A couple months ago, our congressman came to my local American legion post to speak with us Vets about our issues with the VA. I brought up mine and they said they would have it fixed in a couple weeks. Well, it's been several months. :

Yeah, you're not alone. Best of luck. Our vets could have much better support and medical care if we wanted it and spent the resources, but instead people say a few feel-good things at times like Veterans' Day and otherwise forget.

The day is ment just for awareness.
To those of you that served or still serve the army:

Just know and I hope you guy's feel that right now, know that you have support all over the globe.

Don't think that you, my dear friend's would be ever on your own, when a rag wearing P.O.S or whatever manifested evil at that time, confront's you one day!

Respect for your will to serve, wich wasn't or isn't JUST serving the U.S army, it's more serving/ fighting for the innocent and pure and peaceful minded community and keeping their ( ours ) human right's alive!
Awareness and support is spread, my friend's all over the globe!
Thank you

Same here.

I just put out the Flag and I'm wearing my Army Vietnam Veteran hat today. I only do this once a year.

A salute to all military veterans!

Thank you veterans!
My father and all of his 4 brothers served in the Vietnam war. Their dad served in the Korean War. They all deserve respect and our gratitude.
