Does anyone have a aftermarket lip?

does anyone have this carbon fiber lip? want to see pics installed

Do lips serve anymore oil pan cooling what so ever or is it just for aesthetic purposes, during high peak rpms on long road trips I get the occasional oil temp bell, trying to solve this as cheap as possible.

That's for the f48 X1.
Never heard of high oil temp on normal highway driving. Something's not right. Can you data log this?
