Car wont start after replacing fuel system

Hello,

I bought a x1 18d where the fuel system broke down after filling gasoline on it.
From what the seller told me the only thing missing was replacing the injectors. SO I replaced the injectors and rail.
He sounded legit and the HPFP seems new from what I can see.
The car cranks, but wont start.
Got following fault code: 4B90 Rail-pressure monitoring on engine start.
Could the pump in the tank be faulty? Is it suppose to prime on ignition?
Any ideas? Before connecting the injectors I filled a big glass of diesel coming from the HPFP and it looked good.
Do I have to program the injectors?

Can you explain more what you mean by priming it?

I think you should have a priming bulb somewhere on the engine to pump it by hand.
