Front end clatter / rattle

Hi, I have a 2014 X1 M sport S drive 2.0D. Its a brilliant car, owned it for nearly 3 years and it's given no problems what so ever. However it has a uncured rattle which has been present and getting noisier ever since I bought it at around 30k.
I have recently replaced the wheels with 19" M Sport Twists off a 335i and gone to a none run flat type tyre as a lot of people said the run flats can cause road noise.
They were right, it now glides silently down the road, but it didn't cure the rattle at all , it's just made it more obvious as the ride is now so quiet it really can be heard !!

Already replaced the ARB bushes with powerflex units and fitted new drop links as these seem common failures. Neither made a bit of difference.

Going slowly over a speed bumps it sounds horrific, almost like a spring is cracked or dislocated but they are neither.

Any input would be appreciated. I'd post a pic of it if I knew how !

Thanks in advance
