Washer fluid leak drivers side under headlight

Hi all. The upper Midwest has been getting. Absolutely crushed with cold weather including -15 degrees overnight twice. I’ve been getting lots of red fluid which I am 99% sure is washer fluid since this cold weather started pouring out in front of my front drivers side tire. Anyone able to recommend a suspected cause? Not like I’ll tackle it until it gets closer to 32 but would be happy to know what to look for.
