If nothing else, it motivated me yesterday. Got in over 100oz water, ran (but didn't figure out I had to start it on my watch until half-way done) then I even flossed and took my medicine before bed

You didn't even need to actually select it.

It only showed the first half as "active minutes" until I went in and selected Run. Then it displayed the running time and distance from phone GPS.

I considered taking it back and getting one with built-in GPS, so I don't need the phone with me while running, but there have been a few times where I needed to phone a friend because blood sugar crashed before I could get back home.
