Looking for mechanic near Rockville, MD

First i want to thank everyone on this thread, you guys are all so helpful.

I purchased a 2015 BMW X1 with 11,000 miles on it this summer and it is at 14,000 miles right now and the oil change indicator came on, i figured i would just go ahead and do the 15,000 mile service now.

I had 2 questions,

1. I know its a long shot but does anyone know of a good mechanic near the Rockville, MD area. I would like to develop a good relationship with a local mechanic, to continue to work on the car.

2. Is the 15,000 mile service really needed, or should i just get the oil change done.
