Buying my first BMW
I have looked around and finally one catched my eye, but upon doing a OBD scan this codes came up, should i be concerned? The sales person said they are old codes, and that there are not checks engine codes.

Not having flood damage means nothing. Years ago I was looking at a Mazdaspeed 6, and no flood damage. I could trace it back to TX when it flooded though to the exact town/date. Don't inherit a problem.
I also have had an accident in a Mazda 6 that never showed up on Carfax. It's not a perfect system. When in doubt, look further.
