Feedback on xDrive35i N55 Stage 2 FBO
Looking for long term feedback from those who have gone to Stage 2 FBO with their N55 X1.
I'm aware of https://diyautogalaxy.com/bmw-x1-35i...oject-sleeper/ and parodoxical3's build, but are there others who have gone this route? What are some of the challenges, issues, and things to avoid? For reference, my X1 is currently on MHD Stage 1 ACN91 OTS tune. TIA! |

It will be the same as many many 335xi that are running that setup. I suggest you look there for more info. Really no problems just run the appropriate tune for your fuel and mods.

I just bought a '15 35i and about to go through the same process. Just threw on XHP Stg 2 and MHD Stg 1. Bought the VRSF FMIC, downpipe and chargepipe and waiting for that to come in before I install and upgrade to MHD 2+. Probably going to stop there so I just went for the 5" FMIC. From what I hear, there's a slight bit of shaving required to get the 7.5" to fit right. Ping VRSF and they'll know for sure. Are you planning on running E85?
