Siren noise from rear

My 2014 X1 E84 did a weird thing. After making a sharp left turn, I heard a high pitch siren sound from the rear, and my blinker indicators on dash were not working. It would be like this for 5 minutes, then it stopped and blinkers worked then it started it up again. Off and on for 15 to 20 minutes. Stopped at my designation. When I started car back up for return trip. Car was fine, no siren sound, blinkers worked fine. Drove it again a couple of hours later, everything ok. Has anyone experienced anything like this?
