Hmm, and yet, the Q5 reminds me of a fat, waffle-making minivan.

I meant that the Q5 looks significantly better than the X3. The X3 looks like a clown boot and the black plastic along the bottom just make it look cheap.

that Q5 is pretty funny.
I will admit that I am one of the people that buys a BMW despite how they look. IMHO, the BMW is superior in regards of general performance (handling, acceleration, power, etc), but their styling is often behind. For example, the orange interior could be described as classic, I describe as outdated. The exterior styling could be aggressive or progrssive, while I do nto think that it is cohesive. Audi, lexus, and Infiniti has beautiful interiors, although smaller, in comparison to my 335i. The exterior styling of the Infinit and Audi is more flowing cohesive. The X5, on the other hand, is a great looking SAV. I just wish that BMW did not try to cut corners with using so much of the black plastic along the bottom of the vehicle. Yes, you can upgrade and get the sport package and usually get rid of that plastic, but other luxury SAVs do not have nearly as much of that unpainted plastic. |

After see'ing the other thread this morning and linking those "concept" pictures, I placed the face this afternoon...
Yuck, that ruined it for me...

Yeah, well, one thing is for sure, I wont be parking one of these in my garage, not this year, not next year, nor anyother year thereafter.
In fact, my X3 never looked so good. |
