Replacing E84 xLine Front Lower Trim

Hi,

I bought this replacement trim for a BMW E84, since mine was pretty worn out.




Anyone has ever done this without having to remove the entire front bumper? It's piece 9 (reference 51112991406) of this scheme. There seem to be couple hex screws as well as some blind rivets that I will need to drill-out.

The thing seems to be clipped with the plastic black mesh behind it -- but no clue what's the best way to unclip it and if it is necessary to remove the front bumper.
