Hi, just collected my new set of wheels on Wednesday!

Been enjoying the car so far…

Hope to learn any tips for the car from you folks.

as someone who will also collect my sDrive18i in a few weeks time I will be expecting tips from you!

Do let me know how you find the fuel consumption. Is yours an auto or manual? Mine is auto.

Hi there!!

Thanks! Mine is auto. To be honest, I didn't get to choose anything for the car, as I won this baby in a lucky draw!

Will post more pictures!

By the way, I'm still running in the car, so am still trying to figure out how's the mileage like.

Perhaps one small tip is that, as an iPhone user, the Y-cable is really useful (for listening to music). My wife and I simply loved the car…

Yeah I've ordered the USB too, in what way does the Y-cable help? My dealer told me the normal iPod cable will do?

Apparently the Y-cable does more by allowing you to show your tracks on the BMW Professional.

Thanks! The color is titanium silver. Didn't have a choice of color though.

So I understand.
The light in the picture made it look darker, hence my first perception it was sparkling bronze.

We'll have a better look as soon as you post more pictures ...

Thanks dude. Here in Singapore, we hate the weather. It's either too hot or we get rain almost all the time.

Have the same colour

also couldn't choose it, because I was pretty much in a hurry and took a car which was on stock at the dealer. At first I was not convinced by it, wanted soo much all these marrakesh brown, or red, or whatever other cool name, but after six months I like it more and more, and find it suits very well the character and shape of the car! Hope you enjoy the car as much as I do.

my car showed this morning just about 35 deg C less outside than yours

But promised when it gets better I'll wash my ride and take some nice pics!

after what I understand you cannot control your iPhone/iPod with the idrive if you only use original cable. With the y-cable you can hide away your phone and toggle thru songs/playlist etc etc with the idrive. In some cases you will also get the album art when playing with the y-cable... I allready bought one from ebay... still 2 weeks untill i receive my car..
