Dual Climate Issue

Hello, I have a 2014 X1 and am having a dual climate issue. The entire passenger side will not get warm. I've tried looking this up and found that its a commonish problem for some models and its usually the dual climate control valve/solenoid. However when trying to locate this part for this model, I'm not seeing anything.

Has anyone else had this issue? Can someone point me in the right direction to fix this issue?

You can expand your research into the e90 and e82 forums as they share similarities with our e84.
