all fuilds fourm ? need help with power steering

Hi is there a pined thread with all the x1 fluids? I'm new to BMW and there fancy stuff trying to find cheaper brands instead of the OEM stuff you can get that are the same thing anyone know any?

CHF 11s seems to be the go too-aftermarket power steering fluid anyone use that?????


also anyone know any diff fluid?

I think there are ch11s equivalents around. That designation just means synthetic and for for extreme temps.

You know a place where i can get a list of what fluid types X1 needs? checked the owners manual they are very vage i assume just so you go to the dealer.

Check FCP Euro and ECS tuning, both will list OEM and equivalent fluids.
