Belt Pulley Power Steering Pump Torque

Does anyone have the torque value for the 3 bolts that hold the power steering pump belt pulley? Attempting to replace both belts and can’t find torque specs / much of a procedure.

ISTA states to replaces these screws. They are M8 thread screws with 21Nm tightening torque.

Torque spec is four ugga-duggas /s

Second to Allworth, 21Nm or in freedom units, 15 ft-lbs. Definitely use a torque wrench and start lower, I would NOT want to strip those bolts.

My torque meter starts at 25Nm, nevertheless, it's handy to know torque specs even when done by hand, sometimes a huge bolt can be seen but is aluminum, or is going inside aluminum, which make make huge difference in 'tightening snug'
