Error code 452A (Particle Filter System)

Hello,

120k miles.
Got an error code 452A (Particle Filter System). Digging internet some say it has something to do with DPF is coming to an end of life.
I have tried deleting an error which is only possible when engine and ignition are off, once car starts, error comes back on.
Did forced regen twice, you can see values on images taken straight after. 5g of soot seems to be reasonable, not too sure about 51g of ash?
Would appreciate an advice on getting rid of error.

I've managed to delete an error, but on a startup of a vehicle red car icon appears for about two seconds and then disappears, check shows no error. As I've had 452A error for a while, I forgot if this is a routine check of dashboard or there is a trace of an error stored somewhere.

UPD: sorted by resetting dashboard lights using BC
