Greetings
Came home tonight with my first BMW, a 2013 CPO X1 28i Xd. Had the Dinan Stage 1 installed. Looking forward to some fun driving.
I didn't get any product registration info, or software support infor regarding the Dinan - a little help, please - what should I have gotten regarding the Dinan. |

Thanks, Twix - that's the appropriate reply. My apologies to all for such a lame post. That night I was feeling the exuberance of a new automobile purchase. I emailed Dinan the next day and got the full story.
That said, today was day 2 of commuting with the new ride, and I'm finding it very enjoyable. I don't know why they're not selling more of these cars. Cheers to all! |

Hi! I'll be joining your ranks soon. I just ordered a new Valencia Orange x28i. I've been driving GTIs for the past 15 years, and I has a hard time deciding between the X1 and a new Golf R. Ultimately I decided to go for the more comfortable driving experience. I guess I had to come to terms with the fact that I just don't toss my tossable car around as much as I used to. Maybe I'll eventually end up with something small, used, and cheap as a fun summer car, but I'm ready to settle into the X1 sport seats for daily driving.

I'm finding the sports seats very comfortable on my long commute (most of 50 miles each way). I'm going in the opposite direction from you, coming out of a Lexus ES350, into the X1 - it's quite an awakening (or re-awakening). My first new car was a VW Rabbit. I think you'll like the X1 - especially if you tune it up...fun being a wolf in sheep's clothing.
