Upgrade from Stage 2 N20 F30

So I've currently got a '12 F30 328i with Bootmod3 Stage 2 and transmission tune, VRSF dp, ER FMIC and CP, and cold air intake. It's a fun car but maxed out due to poor internals and my inability to swap out a big turbo. I live in Alaska and surprisingly make due with Blizzaks and RWD. I'm always on the lookout for the reasonable next project.

A '13 x1 35i Sport Line popped up with only 27k on it. I was curious if anyone else came over from an F30 or even e9X 3 series? I know I'll appreciate the extra room and X-drive while not increasing ride height by a gross amount. The interior is older but not bad, the steering would no longer be electronic, I would have to do all the same mods but have more potential with the N55.

Curious if anyone has any input on this transition, along with what to look out for regarding common problems overlooked?
