Winter Wheel Set Compatibility Question

Would this winter wheel and tire set work for a 2015 E84?:

7.5J x 17
225/55R17
ET:52

It is coming from a 2018 X2 so my guess is the difference in offset will make it not compatible? I think it is a set for the F48 model but was wondering if it could be made to work with an E84.

No, the X2 is based on a Mini and uses entirely different wheels that are not interchangeable with the E84.

Those seem to be targeted at the 3 series, so they should be a good fit. I'd confirm the bore size is 72.6mm just to be sure (I fully expect this is what they will be).

If you were in Colorado I have a set of OEM wheels with winter tires that I'd be willing to give away.

They came off a 2016 5-series.

Before, I had MSW Type 22 17x7.5 ET34, which fitted even the 35i brakes.
Stock wheel has offset of ET30 for 8" wide wheels.
ET52 offset is way too much on the inside.

I looked back at the old thread that I consulted to find the fitment when I got the MSW, and the Rial Salerno was confirmed.
