Looking good. Similar ideas I'm having for mine.
Firstly I'm an old enthusiast not mechanically minded. Maybe there should be a Diesel Thread.
1- My original wheel setup is 225/50/17 with 34 Offset. Was yours the same? and what is the Offset on the front & rear of your new wheels?
3- What is QQ Performance Exhaust Tip? and how will the Supersprint Sports Exhaust fit on the 20d? I also notice you have twin tips at the back that look good. I am of the opinion that the only/logical/easiest way to go would be after the Cat. Converter & Particulate Filter. Half way down from around the middle, putting a bit bigger pipe with a smaller, more efficient Rear Muffler.
5- Like the colour coded bumpers, sideskirts and fender trims. How where they done? My white car has black all around the bottom with a silver section on the front and back. Will be looking to spray those silver sections while on the car with Plastic Primer and then with a Matt/Dull Black to see how that looks. Then later down the track, colour code the same as you.
Racechip tuning box. I am considering TDI Tuning U.K. What are your thoughts?

Those 19" 5 spokes look really good!

Surely you have some lowering springs no? I didn't like my 19" 225M style too much until I got the H&R springs.

@GTony.
1. My original wheel set up is the same. The offset of the style 128 wheels is ET.20 front and ET.32 rear, they are off E60 5 series.
2. QQ performance tips is the twin exhaust tips.
3. Supersprint exhaust for X1 2.0d consist of downpipe ( replacing the catalytic converter ) and rear muffler.
4. Yes, the colour code bumpers, side skirts and fender trims does transform the look of the car.
5. TDI tuning from UK is good also.
Thank you for your comment.

@themishmosh.
No the springs are standard springs.
I use a slightly thicker tyres, that's what made the car visually looks lowered.
Thanks for appreciation mate.

Thanks for reply. You forgot to tell us how your colour coding was done, eg. The parts were taken off and sprayed or whatever the process was.

@GTony
I can't tell you how the colour coding was done, because it was done in a panel shop.

@wantm135i

Better/More Information

Your QQ Tips. Did they just fit over the existing pipe OR how were they fitted. I cant find similar/suitable when I look up QQ Exhausts.
It's odd how our tip twists to the back of the rear muffler.
Do you have any more information on the other exhaust system you are considering.

GTony,

You'll find the exhaust tip in QQQUSA Ebay store.
Fitting the exhaust tip involved cutting the outlet pipe on the rear muffler and cutting the inlet pipe on the exhaust tip.
I hope that helps. Cheers mate

Like I said it's odd how ours twists to the back of rear muffler. I can understand how have had to do a bit of cutting. What material are they?
Thanks have found site but can you tell which one you got in particular the Part No. or measurements. It's amazing how you managed to get that good looking tip on the original set up.
The Supersprint website has some great options for Diesel Exhausts and Pricing. I have sent them an email.
Everything helps, thanks mate.

Hi escape3361,
Thanks for info. Have found that particular one.
Waiting on Supersprint reply. Then decisions, decisions.
If you have not already. Look up - hartage x1 diesel exhaust - They have a quad system. Probably overkill for diesel, looks good. After S/Sprint reply will ask Hartage if they can just do twin out the back.

I like it!!! May go with slightly taller tire myself when it becomes time to replace the 225/45/18s on mine, helps fill in the wheel wells nicely and should give a better ride.
