E84 LCI xdrive 8hp45x problems

Hello, maybe you guys can help me with my x1 problem. I was looking for the information all over the internet but couldnt find anything.

The problems is that car drivers perfect, gearbox is working good, but If I start the car and put my gearbox to the drive gear but not moving at all and the press the park button it hits. This happens when I do it fast, if I wait for example 3 sec. then there is no hit at all.

I have changed the gearbox, all oils etc... Made a new adaptations and nothing. The second gearbox works the same as mine old .... I think thats impossible. By the way I have changed the gearbox together with a transfer case. Some mechanics said thats problem is not with the gearbox. I can hear like a metal noise when it kicks hard.

Maybe you have some thougts ? its 8 speed gearbox. Car driven 200k km
