Looking for BMW Connected App Older Version

Hi all

I have a 12.2012 model BMW X1 and I was using bmw connected to connect my iPhone. I could not use full functionalities but I could control the map and the most important thing I could open youtube and spotify on my phone and listening music without problem.

But I made a BIG mistake while I updated the app and now it says, my car is not supported something like that.. I've searched old version iPA file but no chance.. I sent an email to bmw connected but no answer.. So I do not know what I should do. I do not want to use bluetooth, I prefer the cable connection.

Where can I find BMW Connected version 8/8.1/8.2. I am not sure but I think one of 9.X version, it's started to not work.

Is there anyway to find BMW Connected old version? I will appreciate if you can help me about it.

The new version does work slightly differently on my car as well, but it does work I have the 2G comm box- so no connectivity.

If you sync your phone with iTunes on a Mac/PC you will still have the old .ipa file on your computer and it can be recovered. The other option would be to restore a backup if you have one in iTunes of your entire phone but that could have other ramifications depending on how old the backup is. I couldn't send you the file if I had it, it's linked to my Apple ID.
