Set of RE71-R tires bought new in 2020. Tires have a single heat cycle on them (rotor broke during my first session) and shortly afterward the decision was made that we would be getting rid of the car.

These are pretty much the ultimate HPDE/track day tire, yet also make a fantastic summer performance tire. Will fit on anything from a 17x7.5 (OEM 28i size) to 17x9 wheel.

couldn't possibly have been purchased brand new in 2020 as the DOT clearly indicates a 2018 and a 2019 production date. Just sayin......

Production date and purchase date have nothing to do with each other. They most definitely were purchased brand new in 2020.
