13 X1 35i, anything to worry about?

Found a 2013 X1 35i for 13.3k with 96k miles, considering grabbing it for the wifey. It looks pretty clean other than rims are ground up a bit and has all maintenance records. Any common problems to look out for or inspect for? I have a FBO 07 335i so I'm familiar with it's issues and working on these cars. I'll likely just throw on a new set of rims and a tune and call it a day. Not going down the FBO road with it. I know there's a JB4 for it, is there a straight MHD flash option yet?

Thanks for any advice.

Mhd needs you to pull out the Ecu and send it out to be bench flashed so it's unlocked. Then you can flash it.

From what I can tell as a relatively new n55 x1 owner is water pump and belts. I've already done my belt at 50k miles as it's noisy and causes a big headache if it gets sucked into the motor.

I'm under cpo and the platinum warranty or whatever bmw calls it so I'm forcing myself to not do the water pump until it fails to save a fortune.

My plans are to do the MHD flash as I have a jb4+mhd fbo n54 135i and this will be a nice power increase on the daily driver with no dealer annoying mods. Just a chargepipe and mhd flash on this car seems like the sweet spot during warranty. After warranty id definitely go catless depending on the state and FBO

Lol, so BMW from 2007-2013 still didn't figure out the belt and water pump reliability issues? Good to know on MHD, just went to that from the JB4 on the 335i and really like it, mostly because it works much better with the XHP tranny tune. Likely would load that on the X1 as well but stick with stage 2 instead of 3.

Thanks for the info.
