How to replace broken fog light assembly

I have a broken lens cover on the passenger side of my 2014 X1. Do you have to remove the bumper to replace the entire assembly? I saw the video on how to replace the bulb by taking off the inside wheel cover but would like to know if you can get to the screws holding on the assembly that way also?

If you have to take off the bumper cover does anyone have any instructions for removal?

Thank you!

Yes you need to remove the bumper to access the fog light assembly. Follow the link for instructions:
