2014 X1 ZF8 transmission fluid change

Hey guys just picked up a 2014 x1 xdrive28i MSport yesterday with 80k on it. Already changed the oil and filter and would like to hit the transmission fluid next. Going to stick with the zf lifeguard 8 on the fluid but can’t seem to find the capacity anywhere. I know I’m not going to get it all with a drain and fill/filter replacement, but just looking for an approximate amount so I make sure to have enough on hand. Any ideas or tips/tricks I should be aware of? Appreciate any help!

The kit I got that came with the new cover and built in filter came with seven quarts.
