Gauges
Just wondering if any of you have installed aftermarket guagesi n your car and where.
I'm interested in an oil temp gauge for the car but not sure where to install if possible. Not keen on A pillar location either. |

I use my phone with Torque installed on it and a Bluetooth OBD port reader. It's not permanent but it is extremely customizable, and if you want you could use an old tablet to permanently install it.

Always an option I guess but I would happily take the option of having a gauge if possible

I've got a Bimmian 5 in 1 guage, that gives you: boost, various engine temps and voltage. I started another thread featuring the guage, a quick search should bring it up

I have the ATI dual pod steering column mount...
https://autotechinteriors.com/gauge-...dard-52mm.html It's a nice option to hold my boost and AEM wideband gauge. I had to modify the cup a little bit to get enough clearance behind the paddle shifters. they swivel around nicely for just about any angle you need. It just snaps in place like oem, works on the 1 series and 3 series as well... I also use the Burger Motorsports JB4 app for mobile to monitor most other realtime specs and have a obd connector(PLX Kiwi) that ties into Torque app for Android. |
