tuning advice on my baby

2015 X1 28i xDrive (Dinan ECU stage 1, AFE intake stage 2, H&R spring)

All,

First, I’m tired of my current setup of H&R and stock shock, I’m thinking of KW V1, any experiences with this product? My main reason is the ride quality unless you can convince me KW V3 is absolutely worth it. I’m not looking to buy shock-only as I’m interested in all-in-one coilivers. Plus, is corner balancing all that necessary? I’m thinking of just doing alignments after the install.

Second, I’m thinking of going from stock exhaust to ER 4” catless downpipe, but I’ve heard people buying additional complement like the JB4 due to CEL issue, do I need the JB4 on top of my Dinan ECU?
