Bimmertech idrive update

I thought this was interesting that they show this is compatible with e84. I’m sure not much for me, as I have the 2G/inactive combox and can’t get connected drive unless I spend $1200.

What would this do for our cars? Update the apps?

I feel like this is just for f series but I do see us listed. Did any e84 support car play at all? I'm guessing we are listed by mistake but I'd love to know more.
