Need wheel lock key and coolant flush

Need to know the part number for 2013 x1 2.8 xdrive for the wheel lock key.
It issues splines perhaps 18 or 19 splines on it. See pic.

Also is there a coolant drain? Can anyone send pics of their vehicle where they drsin the coolant. I took off the panel below...did not see s peacock drain.
