What do you all think a good value is for a 2013 X1 35i Msport with Ultiimate package. only missing HK stereo and Paddle shifters... Newer tires and new brakes, all recalls done.

Location matters some, but looking at the private party value for the Good to Very Good categories on condition it ranges from $11.5K to $15.4K and most likely falling somewhere around $13.5K.

Nice! I was considering selling mine a few months ago. 55k miles, M sport, tech package, premium package, lighting package, ultimate package, on 19's and the same color as yours. I got discouraged when I saw that they were going for about $16,000.

Congrats on your purchase.

I have to say I have been surprised at how poor of resale value these buggies have. Our 2014 has lost about 66% of its initial value. Where as my similar mileage but now new to me a year younger my Land Cruiser lost 25% of it value from new. And my 20 year old pickup still has 15% of it's value.

Yep, we've got a Honda Pilot that is 3 years older than the X1, that cost ~$7K less and is currently worth about $1K more than the X1 and has lost ~10% less of its original value.

In my case they are both AWD SUV/SAVs, so more like navels and tangerines

My daughter will be needing a first car next year. 3-4 year old X1s at dealers going for the same or less than similar Rav 4s, or CRVs. All the lower end Beamers seem to not hold their value. Amazing deals on 3 series pre owned. And they have a ton of them, probably all lease returns. Having said that no regrets on my 13 X1. Best car I ever owned. 159K and counting.

I bought mine for $29,400 in July of 2017. Almost 3 years later and my car blue books for about $16,500. That's a 44% loss in value from when I purchased it. I was going to sell it and get an Audi TT RS but it is such a great car I just don't want to get rid of it for that price so I'll wait until it is paid off and then get a new, second car.
