335i N54 Massive Smoke

Hello

I have a 335i N54,

Larger silicon inlets
BMS cone intakes
VRSF inner cooler
Upgraded turbos
MHD stage 2 tune
Stage 3 Dmk clutch w/ single mass flywheel
Catless dp

After my new clutch install I drove the car 600 miles all moderately, under 4000 rpms. After I broke on my clutch I drove the car HARD, some really good pulls. After some time I noticed there was MASSIVE grey/white smoke, also may I mention when I say massive smoke I couldnt even see out my rear windows. When I got back home I checked my oil level and it was good (of the oil sensor read it properly), next there was oil in my coolent. The car did feel to have a power loss but I was able to drive 50 mph to get home.

I'm pulling codes

2c2c not present
2ded not present
2a2c not present
2c7f not present

ANY HELP WOULD BE VERY MUCH APPRECIATED THANK YOU!!!

Oil in the coolant and vice-versa is usually a sign of a OFHG leak OR a head gasket leak.

Can you see if your OFHG is leaking when you pop the hood up?
Does your engine overheat? Did you ever get the low coolant warning?

First things first I would change the OFHG and then I would drain the coolant and flush the system to remove any contaminants. I would then change the oil and see if the problem comes back.

If after all of this you still have some oil in your coolant, it might be a blown head gasket.

Don't let these people scare you lol, its usually blow by from the PCV system.
Install an oil catch can and you should be fine.

Going thru the same thing currently, going to be installing a catch can shortly.

If you're running an OTS tune with upgraded turbos also then you will definitely get some issues. You really need a custom tune from my knowledge.

My coolant levels and oil levels were good, idk how, but there is. The main concern is the smoke, there was so much I couldn't see for a mile.

I have a oil catch can and a brand new pvc valve.

Usually smoke that thick and that much might mean your engine is burning some coolant.
What does the smoke smell like? Does it have a sweet kinda smell or gas/oil smell?

Did you check your Oil Filter Housing Gasket?
When it fails some coolant can mix with the oil and cause some similar issues if not taken care of.

In your first post you mentioned oil in your coolant, is that still the case? When you check your coolant reservoir what does the liquid inside look like?

First, is there *actually* oil in your coolant? Bmw coolant has somewhat of an oily texture, if you're looking into the reservoir and seeing "oil", drain a little somewhere. If it's still a bright blue you should be fine.
